Ich arbeite inzwischen seit fast 2 Jahren bei Adpleo, damals begann meine Reise bei Adpleo als Quereinsteiger im Bereich Marketing, inzwischen bin ich sowohl im Marketingbereich als auch in der Kundenberatung und menschlich unglaublich gewachsen. Die Karrierechancen und die damit verbundenen Verpflichtungen und Ziele wurden direkt bei Beginn der Zusammenarbeit kommuniziert – und daran wurde sich auch wie versprochen gehalten. Man hat immer die Möglichkeiten sich weiterzubilden, sowohl intern als auch extern bei marktführenden Partnern. Durch den engen Kontakt und Austausch mit den Geschäftsführern und Mitarbeitenden hat man immer den Ansporn und den Support um auf das nächste Level zu kommen, sowohl menschlich als auch beruflich. Die Kommunikation bei Adpleo ist stets transparent und offen – alle haben ein Ziel und arbeiten gemeinsam darauf hin.
