Expert Systems AG operates the ProvenEmployer platform, which enables a comprehensive and detailed evaluation of companies by their employees. Any evaluation is welcome as long as it is objectively true, factual and clearly formulated.
The following guidelines therefore apply when submitting a review of a ProvenEmployer profile holder via our platform:
1. You are an employee of the rated company and use a company-related email address to submit your rating. If you submit a review using a private email address, you must confirm that you are an employee of the rated company.
2. You are free to provide personal details in the course of the evaluation. You can also leave an anonymous review. If you decide to give your name, please bear in mind that it may be displayed next to your rating. In any case, it is forbidden to provide false or misleading information about yourself in the course of the evaluation. In particular, you may not submit a review under a false identity.
3. You grant Expert Systems AG the non-exclusive right, unlimited in terms of space, time and content, to use and in particular to publish the evaluation you have created on ProvenEmployer. The transfer of rights remains unaffected by any termination of this agreement - for whatever reason.
4. You guarantee that you have written your review yourself and that no copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of third parties are infringed.
5. The content of the review must be objectively true. It is not permitted to include insulting, defamatory evaluation content, calls for violence, racist or sexist statements, political or religious propaganda or similar, as well as open or hidden advertising, calls for boycotts or personal data of third parties (in particular names, telephone numbers, private addresses, e-mail addresses, etc.) without their consent.
6. Evaluators are not entitled to have their evaluation published. ProvenEmployer is authorised to delete reviews if they contradict the aforementioned criteria.
7. Profile owners are not entitled to have negative reviews deleted if they do not contradict the aforementioned criteria. This expressly excludes the right of the profile owner to set ratings to invisible. In this case, the profile will indicate that not all reviews are visible.
