Quality assurance is a top priority for ProvenEmployer. While strictly adhering to our general terms of use and evaluation guidelines, we attach particular importance to respecting the interests of our customers and users:
• Registered profile holders (employers)
• Employees of profile owners as authors of employer reviews
• Users of the employer search function
ProvenEmployer is an independent employer rating portal. Each ProvenEmployer profile was created by its owner and not by ProvenEmployer. The employees interviewed are responsible for the content of the reviews. Reviews, testimonials and ratings are subjective opinions of the respective authors.
Profile owners decide on the basis of the query options offered by ProvenEmployer (Section 3.2. of the Terms of Use) how employer ratings can be obtained and submitted:
• Invitation by e-mail to participate in an employer assessment,
• Issue of an access code to employees, which they can use to submit a one-off assessment via their employer,
• Contact form for activating the rating option (the profile owner himself releases the rating option) or
• Profile owner enables his employees to give ratings through his profile settings
ProvenEmployer not only helps profile owners to determine employee satisfaction within the company, but the profile owner is also authorised to use the employer ratings and the ProvenEmployer seal for advertising purposes.
ProvenEmployer only accepts verified employer reviews that are based on the above-mentioned query criteria:
Authors of the ratings must expressly confirm that they are employees of the rated company either by using a company-related e-mail address or by using private e-mail addresses.
Authors must agree to ProvenEmployer's general review guidelines and privacy policy before submitting a review.
Aggregated ratings must fulfil the same requirements, i.e. they must have been submitted by employees of the rated company using a company-related e-mail address.
Reviews that do not fulfil these requirements will neither be sent to the profile owner nor can they be published.
Each author will only be accepted once per survey.
The participation of profile owners in their own surveys is prohibited.
The profile owner is automatically notified by e-mail when new employee feedback is received.
Profile owners can analyse employee feedback individually at any time and select in the profile settings whether and which reviews are displayed publicly. If not all of the reviews available to the profile owner have been published, the display of their public profile and their review seal will be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the terms of use to ensure transparency. ProvenEmployer may remove reviews that do not comply with the review guidelines. Reasons that justify removal are in particular
- Objectively untrue statements
- Abusive criticism and personal insults
Evaluators have no right to publication.
