The awards are a special opportunity to show the opinions of satisfied employees. They represent your quality as an employer and that should be celebrated!

Employers who meet the criteria based on the last 12 months qualify for an award. The awards are presented daily based on the last 12 months and reflect the current calendar year. The profile badge (digital profile sticker), certificate and analog sticker are therefore provided with the current year. There is no deadline by which an employer must have qualified. Anyone who meets the criteria (based on the last 12 months) can order their award. Awards for which you qualify can be reordered or ordered multiple times.

A profile badge (digital sticker) is automatically added to the profile pages of award-winning employers, which prominently indicates the award. You can also integrate your digital award badges on your website. In addition, every award-winning employer from Germany can order an advertising material package to advertise their award in sales and business premises, on company vehicles, company websites or in printed matter such as brochures, flyers and business cards. To order, go to Reputation Boost > Awards > Request Award in the menu of your profile. The advertising package includes:

• A “TOP Employer”-, “TOP Workplace”, or “Employee' Choice”sticker
• an award badge that can be embedded on the company website
• A printed certificate (only for “TOP Employer”” and “TOP Workplace”)

Digital integration or making it visible in your business premises signals to job seekers and applicants your outstanding performance as an employer and the high level of satisfaction of your employees. As an excellent employer, you have the opportunity to present yourself even better on the job market, not only online but also offline, and to stand out positively from the competition.

You can find an overview of the criteria you must meet to qualify for an award further up on this page. Note that the minimum number of reviews received is based on the last 12 months. Reviews older than 12 months will not be considered. Also, all reviews on your profile must be published.

We only send the stickers and certificates to employers who meet all of the criteria mentioned and therefore cannot be purchased. You can find a list of the criteria to be met at the top of this page. Excellent employers who need additional stickers or certificates can request them for a small fee.
