Ich arbeite seit über einem Jahr bei QTE-Training und kann nur Gutes berichten. Die Atmosphäre hier ist wirklich entspannt und familiär. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie gut das Unternehmen auf die Bedürfnisse von Müttern eingeht. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten machen es sehr einfach, Beruf und Familie zu vereinbaren. Die Unterstützung von Kollegen und Vorgesetzten ist hervorragend, und man fühlt sich stets wertgeschätzt. Insgesamt ein klasse Arbeitgeber.

Meine Erfahrung an meinem aktuellen Arbeitsplatz ist durchweg positiv. Die Arbeitsumgebung ist sowohl unterstützend als auch motivierend, was es mir ermöglicht, mein volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen. Die Zusammenarbeit im Team ist ausgezeichnet, jeder bringt seine Stärken ein, und es herrscht ein echtes Gefühl von Zusammenhalt.

Auch die Work-Life-Balance wird gefördert, was sich für mich in flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und der Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice äußert. Besonders schätze ich, dass die Führungsebene offen für Feedback ist und man das Gefühl hat, dass die eigene Meinung zählt. Insgesamt fühle ich mich an diesem Arbeitsplatz geschätzt und unterstützt, was wesentlich zu meiner Zufriedenheit und Motivation beiträgt.
